Panama Geisha estate
Geisha estate lot—allocation, not impulse
Price
From $98 / 150g
Named-estate Geisha, washed, built for people who calendar their brews.
Not open stock. If you see it live, it’s because we held a line item for allocation clients—ask before you plan a party around it.
- Geisha · washed
- Estate separation
- Allocation only
Provenance & cup
Shaded gardens around 1,520–1,890 m; cherries treated like heirlooms. Washed Geisha here is jasmine and peach architecture—not natural funk. We cup for champagne acidity and tea-like sweetness, then roast for slow spiral pours. When the sheet says allocation only, we mean it: this isn’t the bean you bulk-buy for the office.
Sensory & service
Jasmine explosion, white peach, acidity that sparkles like brut. Body is light, almost weightless, with a finish that refuses to die. No wine-bomb—transparency is the flex. We recommend tasting filter-first to map acidity and sweetness before exploring espresso service—our roast is tuned to reward precise brew ratios and filtered water in the 90–110 ppm TDS range.

Dialed in nicely after one tweak
I brewed Panama Geisha estate twice before writing this. First cup was already good; a slightly finer grind made it click. Jasmine explosion, white peach, acidity that sparkles like brut The finish stayed tidy as it cooled.

Clear cup, easy to serve to guests
Served Panama Geisha estate to guests over Filter / Espresso and it was easy to explain in the cup. The notes were readable without feeling forced. I’d reorder this for small dinners.

Good lot with real personality
Panama Geisha estate has real character but still behaves predictably. It didn’t need dramatic dialing in, just normal adjustments. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the cup stayed.
