Florals hit first, then pink grapefruit and honeyed mid-palate. Acidity is citric and sparkly; body is medium. Extended ferment adds length—finish keeps unrolling like a scroll. Care & storage

I brewed Pink Bourbon San Agustín twice before writing this. First cup was already good; a slightly finer grind made it click. Florals hit first, then pink grapefruit and honeyed mid-palate The finish stayed tidy as it cooled.
