Mogiana fazenda lot, main-harvest traceability, patio-dried naturals that taste like praline and dried fig without ferment overload. ~1,100–1,340 m keeps acidity soft. This is the “it’s 6 a.m. and I want a hug” coffee on an estate list full of overachievers.

Sensory & service

Praline, fig, milk chocolate; acidity is a footnote. Body is full, creamy, forgiving. Pull it ristretto or normale—either way the cup feels expensive in a tracksuit. We recommend tasting filter-first to map acidity and sweetness before exploring espresso service—our roast is tuned to reward precise brew ratios and filtered water in the 90–110 ppm TDS range.

Care & storage
